Passenger Information
Use this form to submit travel information for each passenger on your trip. You will need access to each passenger’s passport information.
Confirm Your Reservation
This form authorizes Craft Travel’s advisors to use your credit card on your behalf. You can either use the elecronic form or download a copy and email it to us.
Mobile App
Download TravelKey App
Go to your iPhone App Store or Android Play Store to download the TravelKey App. You’ll be able to access your entire itineray while you’re traveling. Yes, even without wifi or mobile service!
Add Mobile Code
Your advisor will send you a “Mobile Code” to securely access your individualized itinerary. If you haven’t recieved the code or if you’re having trouble, contact your advisor.
Navigating App
Once you’re logged into the app, you’ll be able to read information about your desintations, see descriptions of hotels or lodges and even see your flights and transfer schedule.

Visa & Passport
To apply at a passport agency, you must make an appointment. To find out if you are eligible for an appointment and to see what materials you need to bring. Some agencies and centers may offer an expidited Visa and/or Passports. However, Because of increases in COVID-19 cases and local health conditions, we have an extremely limited number of appointments for in-person service.
