"Craft designed a wonderful itinerary for me"
“Julia and Holli at Craft designed a wonderful itinerary for me for a 3-day trip to Santiago de Chile and arranged a transfer to Atacama. The driver/guide, Ruben (who was terrific), was waiting for me at the airport upon arrival. In those 3 days, I visited wine country (which included a lovely lunch and tour at Matetic); toured Valparaiso and visited several neighborhoods and historical sites in Santiago. Everything was arranged by Craft (w/“on the ground” suggestions from Ruben). I never felt “rushed” or had an overpacked schedule. They also arranged my flights through LATAM that included a number of transfers to/from Calama. And w/a few days notice they put together another tour of Santiago for my friends. They are always available and even answered emails in “off” hours. I highly recommend Craft and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
